At San Mateo Glass (SMG), we stand behind the quality of our work. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty reflects our commitment to precision, durability, and customer satisfaction.
1. Lifetime Workmanship Coverage
SMG guarantees the quality of its installation and repair workmanship for the lifetime of the installed glass or mirror product, under normal use and conditions.
2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers defects related to workmanship, including but not limited to:

Improper alignment

Insecure mounting

Incorrect fitment
If a verified workmanship issue arises, SMG will repair or correct the issue at no cost to the customer.
3. Service Request Process
To request warranty service, customers must provide:

Original invoice number

Description of the issue
Service requests may be submitted at any time during the warranty period.
4. No-Cost Workmanship Service
Approved warranty services related to workmanship will be performed at no charge for labor.
Materials required due to manufacturer defects are not covered under this warranty and may be subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Glass breakage after installation

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Acts of nature (e.g., storms, earthquakes)

6. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original installation location and may be transferred to subsequent property owners, provided the original installation remains unchanged.
